Have you ever wondered what the Web Team does? You’ve come to the right place to find the answers.

Our team’s primary focus is to produce, execute and manage web services for future student recruitment and marketing purposes. We work with specialist Marketing teams and University partners to manage key student recruitment sections on La Trobe’s public-facing website.

In addition, we work with website business owners across the University to govern, advise and deliver high-quality web experiences for external audiences.

Lastly, we administrate and provide support to our web editor community.

Although we currently offer University-wide services to La Trobe’s distributed web editor community and clients, there are limits to the services we provide. Below are just some of the services we do and don’t provide.

You should read our team’s intranet page which lists all the services we provide and the ones we don’t. Our service catalogue also gives you an understanding of all the services our team offers, the minimum notice period we need and how long it will take us to complete your request. Please note our services are evolving as we work through post-transformation changes.
