“I’ve uploaded my images, created and published my page but where are my images?”
As a CMS editor your page preview may be different to that of a public user. Often this occurs when an asset’s status has not been set to live. When logged into the CMS you will be able to see live assets, as well as assets which are archived, under construction and in safe edit.
The Portable Document Format (PDF) is a file used to present large amounts of information.
This format presents information as originally published (preserving and presenting information) in read-only format.

A lot has changed recently, including a rapid transition to working from home and influx of new work priorities. The Web Operations Team would like to assure you that we are still here to offer support and guidance with your editing duties but we’re evolving how we help you.
Did you know we hold a monthly web editor lab session? It’s a set hour where you can come along and work on you web editing tasks or ask our team questions about your duties.
To help give insights about what actually happens at a lab session, and what it means for our editors, we had a chat with one of our regular attendees, Sarah.
